Born in Ankara, she graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. During her undergraduate education, in addition to core legal courses, she studied and conducted research in Banking Law, Financial Markets, Foreign Trade, and Medical Law.
She holds the following certifications: “Information Technology Law Certificate Program” by the Turkish Informatics Association, “Sports Law” jointly organized by the Turkish Football Federation and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, “Applied Turkish Competition Law” by the Competition Authority, and “Capital Markets Law” by the Capital Markets Board and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. She has received training and conducted studies in “Refugee and Citizenship Law” under the auspices of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She regularly follows professional development programs within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Civil Procedure, and Turkish Code of Obligations. She has lectured on legal practice at the “Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center” and has served for many years on the board of the Istanbul Bar Association “Lawyers’ Rights Center.”
She currently works as an independent attorney, providing legal consultancy to individuals and institutions, particularly in the areas of corporate and holding law, foreigners’ law, personal data protection (KVKK), cryptocurrency law, criminal and heavy penal law, and private law disputes.
She is an active member of the Istanbul Bar Association “Human Rights Center” and a founding member of the “Fair Trial Monitoring Center.”
